“I would like to thank Dr. Jamie for allowing me to be able to walk more than a just a few minutes at a time. It has been years since I have felt this good. Unfortunately my husband isn’t happy because I’m spending more time and money at the mall. We love you doc, keep up the good work."

Dear Dr. Garvey,

I thought I would send you an update on how Nathan is doing. When my husband and I decided that it would be beneficial to Nathan to bring him in to see you, we were suspecting that he may have ADHD. He has always been a very hyper, active child. We were having a lot of issues with Nathan in school, where he was not able to focus long enough to complete any task given to him. Homework time at home was very frustrating for us as well as for Nathan. He could not stay focused.

We had our parent teacher interview with Nathan’s teacher yesterday, and she did say she has noticed an improvement in his behaviour. Nathan is not getting up out of his seat to wander around as often as he used to and the teacher has noticed more effort being made to concentrate. He is not talking out and interrupting like he used to. At home we have noticed that Nathan is much more laid back and relaxed. The way he plays has changed. He would much rather sit and draw or play his video games or play hockey, as apposed to rolling around throwing his toys (this was his idea of playing and having fun). He just had sooo much energy that he didn’t know what to do with himself.

We noticed an improvement in his behaviour after only a couple of adjustments. He told me one day that he felt “lighter”. I’m not sure what he meant by this, but I think it is his way of describing that he notices a change, and feels better. He probably has noticed that homework time is not as hard as it used to be for all of us.

Thank you Dr. Garvey, for educating us well enough to believe that Chiropractic works!

“For the last 14 years, I used to have bowel movements once every four to six days. Now I’m regular!"
PS: And there is no more pain in my neck.

“I was diagnosed with severe BPV (benign positional vertigo) which limited me from performing my daily duties. I couldn’t even drive my car. After several months of drugs with no result, my hope of a remedy started wearing thin. I did not think that chiropractic could help me but after I had found out that there is a nerve connection from my spine to the place which controls vertigo I was interested. After the first adjustment my vertigo improved about 80% and after a week and a half was 95% completely gone. Oh how do I thank you!”

Danny K. McMullen - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day SaintsJamie, thank you for spending time with me after class. I wanted you to know that during class I could hardly lift my arm. After the adjustments, there was a lot more movement and Saturday morning I was able to run the 5k road race with no discomfort at all! Even managed to come 3rd (small field, less then 100), and was able to spend the rest of the day in the kitchen at the Brampton Stake center helping with the rest of the crew to feed over 200 for our ward Christmas party. Before our time together I didn't even know if I could run come Saturday and if I would be any assistance to the rest of our quorum in cooking and serving. So brother, this is my testimonial on the fine work and insight of Dr. Jamie Garvey! Love you brother and thank you once again.

Hello Dr. Garvey,

I am hoping that this message makes it way to you. My name is Amy Di Paolo, and you and I spoke last week at the runner's expo. The reason for this email; I want you to know that the time you took to speak with me, and advise me, was much appreciated. We spoke about my upcoming half marathon. My question was whether or not to run in my new shoes, without my orthotics. To some, your advice may have gone without much regard, yet I was very unsure and was coming to you with true uncertainty. You may or may not recall, but you said to me before I left, "just make the decision and then do not give it any more thought...". You then went on to say a few more inspiring things to me. I found this rather ironic, as a professional in the world of fitness, this is the advice I often give my clients, and to have you deliver the message was, not only profounnd, but 'on point!'.

Please know that your message repeated many times over in my head, and I ran my best and most rewarding half marathon thus far. And... with a smile on my face the whole way!

So, thank you for taking the time and for truly having a positive impact on what turned out to be such a great race for me!

Best regards,
Amy
